With development that started in 2001, the Little Bear community in the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex just minutes from the Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport (DFW), is an emerging community with vast benefits. The privacy of our gated community, waterscape views, exemplary childhood education through the Grapevine/Colleyville Independent School District and close proximity to many shopping attractions makes Little Bear a prime choice for families. Little Bear has several nearby parks, including Bob Eden Park, which offers a covered pavilion, a softball field, two lighted tennis courts, two soccer fields and an expanded hike-and-bike trail with warm-up stations, as well as three recently-developed outdoor volleyball courts. For the golfer, the Bear Creek and Texas Star golf courses are located within a five minute drive. Arlington, the home of the Texas Rangers and the future home of the Dallas Cowboys, is within a few minutes of Little Bear.
